Booking Instructions

2.Be sure to select the correct service type and vehicle category (e.g., sedan, SUV, truck, etc.).
3.If you’re requesting any add-on services (such as pet hair removal, clay bar treatment, or engine bay cleaning), please check the appropriate boxes or include the request in the notes section.
4.Once we receive your request, we’ll review availability and confirm your appointment via email or text.
Important Information Before You Book
1. Pricing Transparency
All base package prices are listed by vehicle type. Please note that final prices may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, the presence of heavy dirt, pet hair, excessive stains, or additional custom work.

2. Travel & Location
We currently offer mobile detailing services across Surrey, Langley, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, and Delta. If you are located just outside these areas, feel free to contact us—we may still be able to accommodate you.
3. Appointment Confirmations
After submitting your form, a team member will reach out to confirm the exact time slot and service availability. Your appointment is not finalized until you receive confirmation.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a small fee.
What to Expect on Appointment Day
- Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, well-lit location with enough room to work around.
- If water or electricity access is needed, we will notify you in advance.
- For full interior details, we ask that you remove all personal items from the vehicle beforehand.
- Depending on the service package, a full detail may take anywhere from 1.5 to 4 hours.
