How far in advance should I book an appointment?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance. During peak seasons, we are often fully booked 1–2 weeks ahead, so early scheduling is highly encouraged.
What do I need to provide on the day of service?
Please ensure we have access to the following:
- A parking space for our vehicle close to yours
- Enough space around the vehicle for us to move and fully open all doors
- A private property location where we have permission to work (public roads and parks are not permitted)
- Access to water and a power outlet — please make sure both are available on-site.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring your vehicle to our location for the service. Just let us know in advance and we’ll schedule a time that works best for you.
How long will the service take?
The time depends on the package you choose—some jobs take about 2 hours, while others may require up to 2 full days. Estimated durations are listed under each service on our Services page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and e-transfers. Payment is typically made right after the job is completed. Our technician will present you with an invoice via smart device, and a copy will be emailed to you. If you’re not present at the time of completion, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions.
What happens in bad weather?
Most services can still be completed in light rain using our 10′ x 15′ canopy tent. However, in freezing temperatures, if a heated indoor space is not available, we will need to reschedule for a later date when weather permits. This ensures safety and proper product performance.
What are your business hours?
We operate Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Most jobs start around 9:00 AM, but smaller services can begin as late as 1:00 PM. We’re happy to adjust start times based on your needs.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a $100 fee. The more notice you give us, the better we can accommodate your needs.
